Using our network of highly-trained agents, we seek out trafficked and sexually exploited kids, rescue them and build individualized Freedom Plans™ to equip them to live a life of freedom. We conduct rescue and reintegration operations in five regions across Asia, Africa and Latin America. We also have support offices in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Position available:
1 x Full-Time volunteer Country Manager in Cambodia
We are looking for an individual that can:
- Work within the vision and values of Destiny Rescue.
- Ensure projects are working within our policies and procedures and provide accurate reporting.
- Lead a team and provide support and accountability.
- Be responsible for finance and country budgeting.
- Strategically manage, develop and grow rescue projects to achieve outcomes and implement action.
- Build relationships with partner organisations, government departments, and other NGOs.
- Effectively manage and Implement reintegration programs for children.
- Complete administration and human resource tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience in project management focused on social work or outreach to vulnerable people groups. A person with basic understanding of trauma and how it impacts people. Experience in managing finance and minimising expenditure and a demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally and autonomously.
