Join Destiny Rescue's mission to rescue children from exploitation. We are looking for an International HR Administrator to manage recruitment, staff development, and ensure compliance with local regulations within Destiny Rescue International.
As part of Destiny Rescue International your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ensuring new hires meet all legal requirements and are onboarded smoothly.
- Developing and maintaining employee contracts and job descriptions.
- Conducting staff training, evaluations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Managing respectful staff departures and ensuring compliance.
- Developing HR policies and procedures.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in administration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in the field of anti - trafficking.
- Willingness to work within a Christian, mission-driven organisation.
